Returns & Exchanges

Our 15-Day Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

✓ Item must be unused and in original condition
✓ Original packaging and tags must be intact
✓ Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened software or digital downloads

• Personalized/custom-made products

• Items damaged due to customer misuse

How to Return an Item

   • Your order number

   • Product details

   • Reason for return

   • Photos if item is damaged

2. Get Approval
   We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

   • Return authorization

   • Shipping instructions

3. Ship Your Return

   • Pack items securely

   • Include RMA number on package

   • Ship to:

4. Receive Refund

   • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive return

   • Will be issued to original payment method

   • Allow 7-10 days for refund to appear in your account

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer pays return shipping unless error was ours

• We can provide prepaid return label ($8 deducted from refund)

Exchanges

• Available for defective/wrong items

• Contact us first – we’ll ship replacement once we receive return
